Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that participation in a fishing charter involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Slippery or uneven surfaces
Weather conditions
Injuries from hooks, fish, or equipment
Motion sickness or water-related hazards

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with this activity and agree to hold Nathan Mountain Outdoors, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses. I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and the safety of any minor(s) in my care.

Medical Acknowledgment:
I certify that I am physically and medically fit to participate. I understand that no medical services are provided during the trip and that in case of emergency, medical treatment may be delayed due to the nature of the activity.

Alcohol & Substance Policy:
I acknowledge that the use of alcohol or drugs during the fishing trip is at my own risk and that Nathan Mountain Outdoors reserves the right to refuse service to any intoxicated or impaired individuals.
