LCBS Administrative Assistant Application
We are seeking a dedicated individual who is interested in providing administrative support to help manage the office. Lilac City Behavioral Services is a company that provides services using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in Spokane, WA. Ideal candidates will have a history of working effectively in similar positions and demonstrated strong organizational skills, writing ability and technological proficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to interact with colleagues, providers, and families in a collegial, professional and friendly manner
High school diploma
Attention to detail and proficient organizational skills
Technological proficiency and experience with GSuite
Reliable transportation, current valid driver's license, car insurance, and working cell phone
Independent time management
Ability to pass a background check and driving record check
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
2 or 4 year degree
At least 2 years of experience working as an administrative assistant
Experience working with insurance companies and medical billing
Experience developing schedules meeting a variety of staff and client needs
Experiencing maintaining professional communication between multiple people or departments
Demonstrated ability to create organizational systems and workflows to complete assigned tasks

Position Benefits:
Full Time: 30-40 hours weekly
$15.00-$18.00 per hour depending on experience
Full Time Benefits including medical and dental insurance
