SABA 2022 Mentee Application
SABA Mentor Match is a mentorship program for lawyers where mentees and mentors are matched together.

Mentees can be any year of call and Mentors must be at least 5th year calls.

All mentees must be SABA Toronto members to apply and be a lawyer of good standing (called to the provincial bar) to participate.

The program term is from January to December 2022.

The recommendation is that mentees reach out to mentors once per month. Mentees should:

- Initiate contact with their mentor and set an initial meeting time/place.
- In consultation with the mentor, set up an agreement for the scope of the mentor-mentee relationship.
