    Fees and costs

    All tuition fees will be charged directly by the itinerant tutor and are payable one term in advance.

    Student Agreement

    I agree to: • be regular and punctual in attendance at lessons and to practice regularly • carry my Tuition Pass with me to show my classroom teachers • to notify the Admissions Officer immediately if I attend a lesson at a time which is not my regular lesson time • inform my Speech & Drama teacher, at least one week in advance, of any anticipated absence

    Parent Agreement

    I agree to the following Terms and Conditions: • Lessons will occur at the same time each week • Tuition fees must be paid in advance, at the beginning of each term and within seven days of invoicing, to the Speech & Drama teacher • It is the responsibility of the students, parents and Speech & Drama teacher to keep each other informed of events that may clash with scheduled lessons • The Speech & Drama teacher must be given at least one week’s notice of any anticipated absence • To notify the Speech & Drama teacher or the Performing Arts Administrator, if my child is sick by 8am on the day of the lesson • Student illness or unexplained absence will not result in reimbursement of the tuition fee • Reimbursement will be given where a teacher is absent or with one weeks' notice when a calendared school event precludes the student's attendance • To ensure my child attends a minimum of seven lessons per term • To support my child’s development through encouraging them to practice and facilitate their speech and drama interest • To contact the teacher if I have any questions or concerns • To contact the Performing Arts Administrator if I have any concerns or positive feedback that will help build a stronger and more productive learning experience for my child • The parent/guardian may terminate lessons by giving four lessons' written notice to the teacher and must inform the teacher whether the student will attend the final four lessons.
