2027 Coherence Therapy Intensives with Kina Wolfenstein, LCSW and Certified Coherence Therapy Trainer
Coherence Therapy is an experiential methodology capable of facilitating profound and transformational change. It is great for short-term, highly focused work for people who are ready to dive deep into a particular pattern that they want to find lasting relief from.

I am now opening a waitlist for people who are interested in doing this kind of intensive short-term work with me in 2027.

What do intensives look like?
-5 sessions, each 90 minutes long
-Before we begin the sessions, you’ll decide on a particular pattern that you want to focus on during our time together. This can be any kind of pattern such as a relational/attachment issue, a certain trigger, self worth issues, anxiety, depression, or anything else that consistently shows up for you.
-I will offer a consultation so you can ask your questions about the process and make sure that it feels like a good fit.
-Each of our meetings will be deep, experiential, and highly focused on getting to the root of the pattern we’re targeting and transforming it using the science of memory reconsolidation.

What to expect from a Coherence Therapy intensive session
-First, we’ll get really clear on the specific pattern that you’d like to transform, how it shows up in your life, what it feels like when it’s happening, and how you want it to be different.
-Then you’ll be guided through a series of experiential exercises to help you uncover the specific implicit learnings that are generating that pattern for you.
-Once those learnings have been integrated into conscious awareness, they become available for updating via memory reconsolidation. I will work with you to find and create disconfirming experiences to support your brains capacity for transformational change!

Who is a good fit?
-Intensives are a good fit for someone who is very ready to go deep and is eager to be directed through a highly effective and emotionally potent process that can transform long-term difficult patterns.

-Coherence Therapy Intensives would not be a good fit for somebody who is in crisis, needing longer-term relational support, or struggling with a multitude of complex mental health issues rather than a more specific pattern that causes difficulty in day-to-day life.

-Intensives can be a complementary addition to more ongoing care you receive from a primary therapist!

-Intensives are likely not a good fit for someone who really struggles to get in touch with their emotions, since we only have a short time frame to work through the target pattern. If we have longer, Coherence Therapy can be great for people who are disconnected from their body and feelings, but for the short-term intensive format, it’s best to be able to jump right in from the beginning in order to get the most from our time.

What results can I expect from an intensive?

Although I can never guarantee results, since the process can look different for everybody, I have very frequently facilitated and witnessed transformational change occurring in five or even fewer sessions of Coherence Therapy. It is a highly effective approach, especially for someone who feels ready and willing to fully jump into it and be guided through it. Especially with the longer 90 minute sessions, it is common for people to feel that even one or two sessions delivers more significant progress than many months or years of more traditional therapy.

Cost: $2500, paid in full before the start date
