Taster Sessions with Grounded Ecotherapy Referral Form

This application form is to sign up for one of our monthly taster sessions with Grounded Ecotherapy at the Southbank Centre's Queen Elizabeth Hall Roof Garden.

Here is what we consider when selecting volunteers:

  • People who may have experienced problems with substance misuse, mental health problems and/or homelessness

  • Volunteers must be in recovery and can abstain during taster sessions

  • Priority to residents in our local Lambeth and Southwark community

  • Volunteers must be 18 years old or over
