Call for regional PACER exam representatives!

Are you interested in education and supporting fellow trainees?

Do you want an opportunity to undertake a leadership role and boost your portfolio?

Please come and join the Paediatric Clinical Exam Revision (PACER) team and help deliver a high-quality education programme for trainees across the South West sitting the clinical exam.

Gain experience in:

-      A regional management role

-      Co-ordinating teachers and delivering a comprehensive teaching programme

-      Mentoring trainees

-      Adapting the programme to what is needed

-      Developing South West mock exams

You will be guided through the role during the next cohort (February 2025) by the outgoing PACER team members. We expect you to be in the role for at least 8-12 months, it is voluntary but you will be supported by the current Education Fellow and a wider team. 

No prior experience is required, but you must have passed your clinical exam to apply. 

We are looking for applicants from both Peninsula and Severn deaneries.
