Indy Crit/Mass Ave Crit Exhibitor/Vendor Form: July 12 & July 13, 2019
The IU Health Indy Criterium Bicycle Festival and the Mass Ave Criterium are two of the Midwest's largest bicycle festivals open to the general public.


MASS AVE CRIT: FRIDAY, JULY 12, 2019

The 11th annual Mass Ave Criterium on Friday, July 12 in Indianapolis' vibrant nightlife district of Mass Ave is one of the longest-running urban bike races in the Midwest. This community celebration featuring a festival atmosphere of food, drink, arts and music will be complemented nearly 6-hours of non-stop competitive cycling action.

Event Hours: 4:30PM - 10:00PM
Location: 431 Mass Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46204
Anticipated Attendance: 5,000-7,500 people

Audience Demographic:
• People who engage in healthy lifestyle activities.
• Age 20-30+ year old professionals living and working downtown.
• Downtown residents including retirees, homeowners and people residing in rentals, condos and apartments.

Event held rain or shine.

MASS AVE CRIT EXPO SPACE FEES:
• $300 = Per 10’x10’ footprint at event
• $500 = Premium expo (prime location)

IU HEALTH INDY CRIT: SATURDAY, JULY 13, 2019

The 10th annual IU Health Indy Criterium on Saturday, July 13 in the heart of Downtown Indianapolis is a community celebration featuring a festival atmosphere of food, drink, recreational bike rides, and family-friendly Kids Zone will be complemented nearly 9-hours of non-stop competitive cycling action.

Event Hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Location: Monument Circle, 101 Monument Circle, Indianapolis, IN 46204
Anticipated Attendance: 13,000-15,000 people

Audience Demographic:
• People of all ages and socio-economic backgrounds who engage in healthy lifestyle activities.
• Recreational bicyclists.
• Families with children living in the household.

Event held rain or shine.

INDY CRIT EXPO SPACE FEES:
• $125 = Per 10’x10’ footprint at event or food truck
• $250 = Premium expo (prime location)
Additional rentals available below.

Exhibitors and vendors who choose to be at both the Mass Ave Crit and the Indy Crit will receive a $75 discount on their space fee.


EXHIBITOR/VENDOR INFO:

Exhibitors are encouraged to host an interactive display/activity or sell items that appeal to the general public. We are seeking the following types of vendors and exhibitors:

• Food/beverage/businesses
• Non-profit organizations
• Bicycle-related business
• Health and fitness organizations
• Governmental organizations
• Community groups

WE PROVIDE:
• 10’x10’ footprint at the event
• One 8’ banquet table
• Two chairs

EXHIBITORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Pop-up tent (no larger than 10’x10’)
• Tent anchors (sandbags or bricks)
• WIFI hotspot
• Extension cords, if power is needed
• Certificate of Insurance
• Generator if > than 20 amps needed

FOOD VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR (in addition to the above):
Submitting a copy of an active Marion County Health Department Temporary Food License by 6/15/19. If needed, a Temporary Event Vendor Application may be obtained here: goo.gl/LWF9yS

ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEES:
• $5 = Chairs (each)
• $20 = Tables (each)
• $40 = Electrical Outlet (2 outlets, 80 amps max)
• $150 = Gas Generator
• $150 = Tent Rental (10’x10’) w/ weights
