Welcome to the NASFA Call for Presentation submission process! You will find everything you need on these pages to prepare your proposal. We hope you find the process efficient and easy to complete. If you have questions about the process or the form, send an email to mstone@csg.org or nasfa@csg.org. We encourage you to submit your proposal several days before the deadline. It must be received by Friday, November 13, 2020.

Hints for Successful Transmissions
Feel free to type your proposal directly into the text boxes below. If you prefer to cut and paste, please do it from a text document only. Do NOT add graphics, pictures, links, or format the text in any way. These will not be forwarded to the reviewers and may corrupt your proposal or make it unreadable to the reviewers.

Confirmation of Proposal Receipt (very important)
NASFA staff will notify primary presenters of their proposal's receipt within a week of submission. If you do not receive a notice of receipt within two weeks, contact the NASFA staff at nasfa@csg.org. Individuals providing the proposal (the submitter) will be notified of selection decision after March 31, 2021.

Private sector presentations MUST include a presentation and participation from a public sector representative.
Non Commercial Presentations - Private Sector Presentations
The conference is for sharing information and techniques to help improve facility management and state administration. Please plan to share content rather than an "infomercial" in these sessions. If you have a service or product for sale, indicate that on the submission form.

NOTE: Private sector presentations MUST include a presentation and participation from a public sector representative.

Private Sector presentations MUST include a presentation and participation from a public sector representative, which can be a State employee, federal, county, municipality, university or any public entity.
