ACT Rental Form
Please fill out the following information regarding the rental you would like to do at ACT. Once we have the chance to determine if we can accommodate your request, we will be in touch with you via email.

For-profit ($1,000 for 4 hour minimum; $250 per hour thereafter)
Not-for-profit ($500 for 4 hour minimum; $125 per hour thereafter)
Which theatre space would you like to rent?
Mainstage (300 seats - 4 hour minimum)
35below (40 seats) *this venue is $50 per hour
I want to use both theatres for my event
Do you have a specific date in mind? What are you looking for (the more flexible you are, the more likely we can accommodate you). Please provide as many specifics regarding the date of the event that you can.
Front of House Services
A paid ACT House Manager is required to be in the lobby at all times while the building is open for your event. The cost is $15 per hour. If you have additional staffing needs, they can be provided by ACT at the same rate.

Ticketing Services - will this be a ticketed event?
If you are holding a ticketed event, you must use ACT's ticketing services. Tickets will be available to buy online 24 hours a day or via phone/in person during regular business hours. The State of NC mandates that ACT (the venue) is required to collect and remit sales tax. Sales tax must be charged on any live event or film. In addition, two Box Office staff are provided to run your event at $15 per hour each.

Technical options for Mainstage Theatre
Please choose additional needs for your event (basic rate includes podium and mics - handheld or stationary). Please note that ACT requires each event to have 2 tech staff to meet your needs at $20 per hour.
Spotlights - $50 per day
Projector and drop down movie screen - $150 per day
Cleaning charge (if there is food at your event) - $50
Beer and/or wine sales (you must show proof of a temporary beer/wine permit from the State of NC)
