Before we get started, let's take care of all the legal stuff... (which means you should read this carefully)
Terms and Conditions:
  1. Upon Tenant referring, by completing this form, a new prospective tenant to the building, property or complex, the current tenant will receive a rental credit in the amount of $500.00 towards a future rental month.
  2. The referred prospect tenant must complete an apartment application, be approved and execute a Residential Rental Agreement, along with submitting the required deposit and any first month's rent.
  3. The referred prospect, once a tenant, must have stayed and paid rental for at least 60 days.  This means that a referring tenant will receive their rental credit after this 60 days has elapsed.
  4. Landlord reserves the right to limit the promotion to two rental credits per tenant per year.  A case-by-case exception may be made depending on the circumstances according to landlord's discretion.
  5. Tenant shall be in good standing with all rental, fees and charges up-to-date.
  6. If there is more than one prospective tenant applying for one apartment the rental credit is valid for the single apartment, not based on the number of individuals applying.
  7. All promotions are subject to landlord's final approval.
  8. Promotions and programs may be modified, changed or discontinued without notice and at landlord's sole discretion, but any previously submitted referrals will be honored through to any change(s).
