Please complete this form to request a cancellation for classes in which you have been enrolled.

A refund for your tuition, minus the $100 cancellation fee will be processed. Funds should post into your account within 10 business days.

No refunds will be granted for ANY reason after 11:59pm on Wednesday, May 1, 2019.
