Help - I've left an item behind on a trip!
You can now use the Chat feature to contact the driver about an item left behind on a trip.
Simply tap on Order History on your Gojek app, and select the chat button on the relevant order. You can then proceed to exchange the details with the driver for up to 2 hours from time of trip completion.
Do give the driver some time to respond as he may be on an ongoing trip!

By logging a case with us via this form, you acknowledge that
1. Neither our driver partner nor Gojek is responsible for any loss or damage to the items left in the car.
2. While we will do our best to search for the item, Gojek is also unable to guarantee that the item can be found or delivered immediately and will also dispose of any perishable or food items after 24 hours.
