- The Introducer may from time to time make Introductions for the purpose of developing business for Settle In SA and/or Abroadscope agrees and undertakes to reward the Introducer or such Introduction as follows:

-If, following the making of an Introduction, an Introduced Client engages  Settle In SA and/or Abroadscope for the provision of its services;  Settle In SA and/or Abroadscope (whichever is applicable) must pay to the Introducer the Introductory Commission in respect of each such transaction.

-The Introductory Commission is a sum equal to 10% of the VAT-exclusive amount of the Service Charge invoiced and collected by  Settle In SA and/or Abroadscope for the provision of its services.

-The Introductory Commission shall become due on the 15th day of the month after  Settle In SA and/or Abroadscope receives payment of an invoice in respect of the work undertaken by it in respect of the Introduction.
