1. The request form should reach the Library at least 7 working days in advance.

2. This request form must be applied by the name of organization.

3. Guided tours are available from:
Monday - Friday | 2:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
(except public and state holidays).

4. Any change in the visit should be email to the Library at least 3 working days in advance

5. This request form is ONLY for the library visit.
