THS 2026 Spring Youth Camp Registration
Please complete this form to register your child for the Troy Volleyball Spring Youth Camp. The camp will be run by the Troy High School Volleyball coaching staff. This is a camp to build interest in young players and teach the basic skills of the game.

Registration for the camp can be done through this form, and payment for the camp can be done through Venmo. Please Venmo the fee of $50 to @Troy-Volleyball as the final step of your child's registration for the camp. If you do not have Venmo, cash or check can be mailed to or dropped off at Troy High School attention to Alexis Clark. Please make checks payable to Lady Trojan Volleyball.

If you are registering more than one child, please complete the form once per child.

Camp dates: April 8, 15, 22, 29, and May 6 in the Troy High School Gym (5 Wednesdays in a row.)
3rd and 4th grade will be from 5:00-6:00pm on the above dates. 5th and 6th grade will be afterward from 6:30-7:30pm on the above dates.

Registration deadline to guarantee you get a shirt is March 20th. You may register after, but there is no guarantee your camper will receive a T-shirt.

In order for your player to attend our camp, we must have a waiver and release form on file for them. I  have attached a copy of the waiver and release form here. 
1. You can print it, scan it, and email it back to me at clark-a@troy.k12.oh.us
2. You can also print it, sign it, and send it with your player on the first day of camp.
3. We will have copies at the door that you can sign when you drop your player off on the first day. 

Your player WILL NOT be able to participate in camp if she does not have a signed form!
