MSCA 2024 Call for Presenters
Thank you for your interest to submit your proposal(s) for the MSCA Conference, Finding the Balance, November 3-4, 2024, at The DECC in Duluth.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Program submission deadline: September 12, 2024.
  • Acceptance notifications will be sent after the deadline; the email will come from office@mnschoolcounselors.org
  • You do not have to be a current MSCA or ASCA member to submit a proposal.
  • Presentations should be 50 minutes total in length (including any Q&A time you choose to offer)
  • Primary presenters (only one individual is allowed to be listed as primary) are responsible for coordinating acceptance and logistics with all co-presenters. MSCA will not contact co-presenters directly.
  • Students presenting a session must have a college professor as a co-presenter.
  • If you wish to attend other sessions, you must register for the conference via the MSCA website. Being a presenter at the conference does not grant you access to the other sessions without registering and paying the conference fee.
  • Presenters provide all session handouts.
  • Selling materials during or after sessions is strictly prohibited; contact the MSCA office to inquire about being an exhibitor or sponsor to have a booth for sales.

We regret that MSCA is unable to offer monetary compensation to Breakout Session Presenters at this time.
