BNSW I Am A Girl Women Only Coaching Course EOI

Basketball NSW is committed to creating more opportunities for women to become involved in coaching basketball. Increasing female representation in coaching is important to inspire and provide positive role models for our younger generations of future participants.

A Women’s Only Competition Coaches Course (formerly Level 1) will be facilitated on Sunday, 20 September 2026, at Kevin Betts Stadium from 9:00am–5:00pm. Lunch will be provided.

The cost to participate is $125, unless you are accessing the course through one of our available promotional codes.

Promotional codes are available for:

  • ICaLD participants
  • Female Coaches from any part of NSW
  • NSW State Player Alumni

This qualification is the foundational coaching qualification for basketball coaches across Australia and provides coaches with the accreditation required to coach teams at school, association and academy levels.

Once this form has been completed, participants will receive further details on how to register for the course and access any applicable promotional codes.
