This is the
team sign-up form for the Davis Theater Trivia, which happens at Sojourn (the theater bar) on select Sundays from 4pm to 6pm. Check our Instagram (@davistheatertrivia) for updates on cancellations.
The sign-up form opens at 12pm on Trivia Sundays. You'll receive confirmation of your reservation between 12pm and 2:30pm through email. The confirmation emails are not automated, so it may take time for you to receive the email. We try to email everybody (confirmations and rejections), but if you don't get an email at all, assume you didn't get in. But please check your spam folder first!
Please cancel ASAP (ideally before 2:30pm) if your team will
not be attending so that we can accommodate teams on the waitlist. We have a three (3) strike policy for no-shows. We can handle minor changes to team size during seating, no need to cancel for that. Email us at

Seating begins at 3pm. To maximize the space, we will seat your team at an appropriately-sized table upon arrival. Please have one member of your team arrive before 4pm or else you risk losing your spot.
Please have only one member of your team sign up on behalf of the team. Team members can either give the contact name or team name upon arrival. If you are willing to combine with another team, please indicate that as well (we will only combine teams that indicate they are open to working/sitting together, don't worry!).
NOTE: Signing up is not required to play trivia, but we cannot guarantee there will be space for your team if you don't sign up. In other words, we do accept (and encourage) walk-ins if there is space.
