After this form is filled out, it will be automatically sent to the poms coaches.
**All sign-ups and physicals must be submitted and turned in prior to the learning session.
General Info: A uniform cost will be endured for poms, please check back prior to the first learning session for ordering info.
During tryouts, the girls will need to wear comfortable and school appropriate clothing that they can move around in and gym shoes or dance shoes. No jeans or other street shoes should be worn. Girls' hair needs to be pulled back to be out of their face and no jewelry should be worn.
Two learning sessions will be held before the tryouts. Students wishing to tryout need to attend both learning sessions in order to be prepared for tryouts. Please make sure you are dressed to dance! Parents are expected to pick up their children at the activity entrance door at 4:45.

Please keep in mind that there is a monetary fee for the poms uniform.
