There is a limit of two (2) equines per adopter and their immediate family. Understand? *
Your answer
Adopter must have a safe pen and shelter, either natural or man-made for the equine. Adopted equines can live at a boarding stable but adopter must let the owner of the boarding stable know that if anything happens to them that they are no longer able, or refuse to board the equine, that the equine is to be returned to our shelter. This/these equines are not to be sold or bred under any circumstances. If the adopter is unable to keep or care for this/these equines, adopter agrees to immediately return the horse(s) to West Coast Minis Inc. Agree? *
Your answer
You must bring a photo id with you at the time of the adoption and allow West Coast MInis Inc, to make a copy. Information is for our use only. Also, a minimum of five (5) printed photos must be brought to the adoption event, of where the equine will be living. Please note: We keep the photos and if you do not bring printed photos that match Google Earth of where the equine will be living, we will not be able to adopt a Mini to you. Agree? *
Your answer
All potential adopters must print off and fill out an adoption application. They must bring the adoption application, along with pictures of where the equine will be living to West Coast Minis Inc. One of our adoption specialists will talk with the adopter to help them find the right horse. We do a criminal background check on all adopters. Agree? *
Your answer
All adopters must sign a first right of refusal agreement for each adopted equine. If the equine is not the right match for the adopter, they must return it to West Coast Minis Inc. to exchange it for another available equine at our shelter in Brookings Oregon, at any time during business hours or by appointment. Adopters are responsible for returning the equine to West Coast Minis Inc. or any costs involved with transport. Agree? *
Your answer
