NOTICE TO ALL APPLICANTS : Subletting and "reserving agents" are not allowed. You cannot "transfer a table" to another artist. We expect the names on the badges and the applications to be present at the table. Tables are non-refundable.
If you are sharing your table with a friend, they must be included on your application. If you apply separately and one of you does not get accepted they cannot join the table of whoever does get accepted at a later date. We will only be issuing badges for those who are listed on your application.
Please note that there is a MAXIMUM of two (2) total badges per half table, and four (4) per full table.
Prices for artist tables are as follows:
Full table (2 feet by 6 feet), includes 2 badges: $165Half table (2 feet by 3 feet), includes 1 badge: $85
Additional badges will be $45 each. You may request a second table, but there is no guarantee, they are $165 and will also come with two badges.
Booth (8'x10'), includes 1 table (2 feet by 6 feet), 4 badges: $350Double Booth (8'x20), includes 2 tables (each 2 feet by 6 feet) 6 badges: $700
Additional badges will be $45 each. You may request a double booth, but there is no guarantee, they are $300 more and will also come with three badges.
Applications must be submitted by 11:59pm on April 14th. Approved artists will be notified by April 21st, and the final list will be posted on May 1st. Those accepted will have until May 5th to pay for their table and their badges.
If you choose a half table, you may note which other artist you wish to be paired with in the comment section at the end of the form; however, understand that we cannot necessarily honor all requests.
