This form is used by the Baltimore City Resource Parent Association (BCRPA) Executive Committee to gather praises and grievances concerning Baltimore City Resource Parents and their relationship with the Baltimore City Department of Social Services (BCDSS).  BCRPA's goal is to strengthen the relationship between Baltimore City Resource Parents and BCDSS to affect change and better outcomes for foster youth in Baltimore City.  In order to do that, BCRPA needs to know of situations that may present an opportunity for change.  By communicating these praises and grievances between both parties, we believe that the outcomes of children in BCDSS and Baltimore City Resource Parents care, will be improved.  Confidentiality is important to us, but without knowing what praises or grievances are present in Baltimore City, we cannot advocate for change.  Thank you for taking the time to complete this form.
