Weekly Meeting Time Pole for ARIA-AT Community Group

ARIA-AT Community Group (CG) is seeking input from members to determine whether changing its weekly meeting time will facilitate broader representation and greater participation in the meetings. To help the CG find a time that optimizes the CG’s ability to move its work forward, please consider whether it is feasible for you to reschedule other commitments.

For each time slot, you can choose one of three responses: “workable,” “Somewhat Workable,” or “Not for Me.” The responses mean:

  • Workable: You could arrange your calendar to make regular attendance possible.
  • Somewhat Workable: It would be difficult to accommodate the time, but you could do so irregularly, e.g., once every few weeks.
  • Not for Me: You would not attend any meetings at the specified time.

There is also an optional comment box if you wish to provide any additional information about your responses.

The times listed are meeting start times. The meetings are 60 minutes. They are specified as US Pacific time (PT), i.e., California time.
