Rattlesnake Canyon Cape Ivy Removal
Sign-up to join our volunteer team for the Rattlesnake Canyon Cape Ivy Removal in Santa Barbara on Sunday, November 19.

We are looking for a team of volunteers to help remove invasive Cape ivy, a vine that outcompetes native plants in sensitive ecosystems. Over the summer we found a small infestation of Cape ivy in Rattlesnake Canyon in the mountains just outside of Santa Barbara.

Volunteers will meet at the Rattlesnake Canyon Trailhead at 9 am before heading up the trail to work on the Cape ivy. All supplies will be provided, including snacks and water. We will work until around noon before heading back down the trail. Please register to volunteer by filling out the form below. You will receive an email confirmation with more information about the project.
