Re-enrollment Form
It is time to re-enroll for the 2025-26 school year! Please complete this re-enrollment form and send it back to us at your earliest convenience. This form is designed for the currently enrolled students' parents/guardians to update information and declare whether they are returning for the 2025-26 academic year. To secure your child's spot, please pay $200 non refundable resource fee per child by Feb 14th to complete the re-enrollment process. If you require assistance with the application, please feel free to visit the office between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm for support. 
  The tuition for the 2025-2026 school year will be $550 per month for Kindergarten through 8th grade. IC Class (4 years old students) tuition will be $700 per month for a full-day program, Monday through Friday. Fridays, school dismisses at 2 PM.
