Please send this form at least 1 week (preferably 2 weeks) before your travel date. Last minute tours cannot be prepared.
If your tour is scheduled with in a few days, please check Viator package tours from here or Klook tours here. There you may find a vacancy.

Please also note that your contractual partner will be Fun Lead International Co. Ltd. or Hitonomori Co. Ltd. or an individual guide, depending on the content of the tour.

We provide guided tours. We do not provide services solely to arrange a car, tickets for trains and buses, or entrance tickets to facilities.

Transport is available in three types: public transportation, cars prepared and driven by a guide, and private cars driven by a professional driver. Which type is best suited for you depends on your destination, number of people, and budget.

Please also note that it is usually cheaper and you have more choices if you book the hotel yourself on line.

Train tickets, Shinkansen tickets

We will assist you with purchasing your train tickets while you are in Japan. You can buy tickets starting one month before your intended date of travel. This service is exclusively available to customers who book a guide with us. The full cost of the tickets and the shipping fee must be paid in full before we purchase the tickets.

Please indicate the date, section, and number of people you will be boarding the train. We will ask you for more details later.

Special requests
If you have special requests other than guide and transport, please specify. For example, "I want to eat soba for lunch." However, there is no guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your request.

Language of the guide *
The number of guides who speak languages other than English is limited. If you speak English, then please check "English". If you are not OK with English nor Spanish, please choose "other" and specify your language. If you are comfortable either English or Spanish, please check both.

Travel insurance *
Please answer the following questions regarding your travel insurance coverage. Unlike tours operated by travel agencies, tours with a guide and a vehicle driven by the guide do not include travel insurance (except for regular and mandatory auto insurance). Therefore, it is necessary for you to purchase your own travel insurance in advance. If you do not have travel insurance, we cannot provide service.
