NonProfit Day Registration 2026

Pybus Public Market Now Accepting Applications for Nonprofit Day 2026!

Nonprofit Day provides a unique opportunity to raise awareness for nonprofit organizations in the Wenatchee Valley and connect with community members who are passionate about supporting local causes.

Event Details:

  • Date: Saturday, March 21st, 2026
  • Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (MUST be set up by 10am, teardown starts at 2pm)
  • Location: Pybus Market Concourse & LocalTel Event Center
  • Setup: 8:00 AM (Doors open for nonprofits to begin setting up)

Space Availability:

  • Space is limited.
  • The participation fee is $25 and includes a 5' x 8' rental space.
  • Height limit: Exhibits may not exceed 5 feet in height.
  • Two Location Options:
    • Concourse
    • LocalTel Event Center (LTEC)
    • You may request a specific location for an additional $10 fee
    • If the space you request is already filled, you will not be charged. 
Payment Information:
  • Late payment policy: After registration acceptance letter (March 10th), you will receive an email from Pybus Staff with a payment link. Payment must be made within 3 days of receiving link. Failure to pay by the deadline will result in your spot being given over to the waiting list NonProfits.

Additional Details:

  • Please note that solicitation of money is not permitted during this event. This is an informational event designed to raise awareness for your nonprofit organization.
  • Nonprofits are encouraged to promote Nonprofit Day via their own social media channels and communications. Pybus Market will be posting about the event on various media channels. 
  • A $5 dollar fee applies if you'd like to rent a table from us and/or chairs. 

Important Notes:

  • If you do not show up after being accepted, you will not be eligible to participate in future Nonprofit Days at Pybus Market.
  • If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least one week in advance so that nonprofits on the waitlist can take your spot.
Dates to remember!!!!
  • March 9th- REGISTRATION DEADLINE (or once all spots are filled).
  • MARCH 10th - ACCEPTANCE EMAIL SENT (also includes space location, parking, and event details.)
  • MARCH 13th- PAYMENT DEADLINE
