ESFA Female Coach Survey
As part of Coach Education initiatives, in 2021 ESFA setup a Female Coach Mentorship Group, with the purpose to help clubs assist their current Female Coaches and volunteers and help with strategies to establish and encourage female coaches at our member clubs. Although all members vary in their commitment, experience, and knowledge, we aim to cater for all through workshops targeting areas they wish to learn more on, female specific coaching courses, female network to share ideas and experiences and sharing resources to assist in their coaching.

We understand not all Female Coaches are the same in commitment, levels of coaching etc and we will endeavour to cater for all involved.

The group includes, our ESFA TD and 2 experienced Female Coaches from the area who are involved in Representative and Professional football and we are excited to work together to help grow this part of our game. This initiative is also supported by our ESFA office support staff.
