Thank you for your interest in enrolling in Bowman Charter School! Please fill out and submit the following form to request an enrollment packet to be emailed to you. If you have more than one child you wish to enroll, please submit a new form for each child.

You will receive either an in-district enrollment packet or charter application based on your physical address. You must enter a physical address, no PO boxes will be accepted.

Once you receive a packet, please complete all required pages and return via email, mail, or in person at our school office, located at:
