Customer Appreciation Day: June 23, 2017 FRIDAY 9-3

I am so excited to be putting together the Redbank Valley Chamber of Commerce’s Customer Appreciation Day again this year! This is the 9th year I have been in charge and I must say that each year keeps getting better and better and more fun too!

We need crafters/vendors like you to participate this year! It is important, especially in today’s economy, for our customers to know that we are here and we appreciate them staying in town!

Did you know that we had over 130 people in town last year doing the passport?! And there were people who didn’t even do the passport and still came into town to see what all the fuss was about.

This is your chance to stand out to those people who are just stopping in or have been around forever but never knew you were here!

The passport is a card that has your name and every businesses/vendor name on it who participates. The customers HAVE to stop at each place on the passport for a “stamp”. At the end of the day, customers then get to turn their passport in for a chance at a drawing of several prizes donated by our members/participating businesses/vendors as well as a chance at a Grand Prize. The only way they get their chances to win is to stop at every single business on the passport for their stamp and to turn in their fully stamped passport to me at RMS Furniture.


It is FREE to be included on the Passport and I provide you with your stamper…. All you have to do is agree to participate, be available on the day of the stand and have fun greeting new and old customers alike! You have NOTHING to lose!

If you are coming and would like to set up near another crafter you know will be here, please specify that on your registration form and I will do my best to put you beside each other.

You are responsible for bringing your own tables, tents, signage. (A Tent is recommended but certainly not required.) Each space is about 10 feet. If you need more than once space please list that on your registration form.

Set up the morning of the event in the Municipal Parking Lot located behind RMS Furniture. Your space will be marked for you the night before the event.

You must be ready to stamp passports starting at 9 am and be available until 3 pm. It is important that you stay the entire event. Customers can’t get your stamp if you aren’t there!

Please pick up your stamper at RMS Furniture the morning of the event.

You are required to donate an item for our prize drawings. The item can be a gift certificate to your business or a product you sell OR it can be a gift basket you make up that has nothing to do with your business. (i.e.: gas cards, gift certificates to
restaurant or a wine basket/beach basket… etc. Your options are endless!) We are looking for prizes valued at $25 or more.
