The Colorado Department of Education (CDE) shared draft ideas for proposed changes to the School Finance rules, (1 CCR 301-39, RULES FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE PUBLIC SCHOOL FINANCE ACT OF 1994) to the Colorado State Board of Education in April 2023. 

CDE has since created draft edits to 1 CCR 301-39 that we are now seeking your feedback on. (Please refer back to this Google Form and the linked 'draft edits' for the most updated version of the PDF file.)

Please note that this current work is NOT a formal Notice of Rulemaking. The formal notice will occur after we gather feedback on these proposed revisions.
