Des Lee MS Orchestra Nomination Form 2018-2019
Please use this form to nominate 8 students to participate in the 2019 Des Lee Middle School Festival Orchestra, on February 6, 2019 at the Touhill Performing Arts Center on the UMSL campus. Informational letters/orchestra parts and scores will be emailed to participating directors the third week of December.

The registration window will be open from October 26th through November 16th, 2018. Please fill out all information, as this is used to create an effective seating chart. Please only nominate qualified students you know will learn the music and attend the festival day. List a balanced instrumentation if possible. If a student is unable to attend the festival, notify the MS orchestra chair as soon as possible.
