Our housing program follows the principles of the Housing First model. This means that:

  • Housing is offered without preconditions such as sobriety, employment, participation in treatment, or service compliance.

  • Supportive services are made available but are voluntary; declining services will not result in loss of housing.

  • Tenants have the same rights and responsibilities as any other renter under state and local landlord–tenant laws.

  • Our goal is to provide safe, stable housing as the foundation for personal choice, autonomy, and long-term success.

Participation in our housing program does not replace, waive, or override any legal rights or obligations under applicable federal, state, or local laws.
