The 14-day hands-on workshop on traditional building techniques will be conducted in the Old Primary School of Frasta in Central Tzoumerka Municipality from 3rd to 16th of September 2022.

The workshop is addressed to students and professionals from the fields of architecture, archaeology, ethnography, visual arts and in general to researchers, professionals and non-specialists involved with traditional building techniques. There are 18 places available.

Participation Fee *
You can choose if you want to stay: a) in a twin-bedded room in "Teloneio Hotel" (breakfast is included) with a participation fee of 500€, b) in a tent (with you own equipment, f.e. tent, sleeping bag) in the camping of Via Natura (breakfast is included and inflatable single beds can be provided upon demand). The cost of participation in the workshop includes accommodation with breakfast for 15 nights in Tzoumerka (arrival on Friday 02.09.2022 and departure on Saturday 17.09.2022), a snack per day provided during the works at the worksite, the provision of tools and educational material, insurance during the work and transports within the programme. For permanent residents in the municipalities of Central and North Tzoumerka the participation fee is 50€ (accommodation is not included in the fee). Travel expenses to and from Frasta and all other personal expenses are covered solely by the participants.

Τhe Cost of Participation is:

500 EUR - accommodation in twin-bedded rooms in "Teloneio Hotel" with breakfast included
250 EUR - accommodation in a tent at the camping facilities of "Via Natura" with breakfast included
*50 EUR - for permanent residents in the municipalities of Central and North Tzoumerka
