2024-2025 PTO Volunteer Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Shrine of St. Anne Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).  The PTO provides support to the students, faculty, staff, and families of the Shrine of St. Anne through fundraising efforts, hospitality, outreach, and monetary support.  Our goal is for our members of the community to feel supported and to have fun throughout the school year!

The PTO is in charge of several events and fundraising efforts throughout the year including: class parties, home room parents, Father-Daughter Dance, Mother-Son Dodgeball/Kickball, Teacher Appreciation Week, 8th grade graduation, Donuts with Grandparents Day, hospitality and support for families, the buddy family program, the Christmas Purse program, Spirit Store, and teacher luncheons and celebrations.

The PTO is comprised of several committees. Below you will find several opportunities to become involved in the PTO.  This form acts as an interest form.  Based on the selections you make, the committee chairs will reach out to you throughout the school year for your support.

If your time permits, we encourage you to sign up for multiple committees as you will see the time commitment for some of the committees will be minimal. You do not have to attend PTO meetings to serve on a committee.  Scheduled PTO meetings and events can be found here.

Please feel free to forward this form to any family members (including grandparents) who may like to be involved in serving our school. If students are present, all volunteers must complete Safe Environment Training, pass a background check, and be cleared by the school as a volunteer. Register for Safe Environment Training.
