2018 Austin Area Jazz Festival - Vendor Application
The Austin Area Jazz Festival prides itself on showcasing some of the best talent the world of
jazz has to offer, but it doesn’t end there. While attending the festival, our supporters also seek
art, crafts, and other merchandise that perfectly coincide with the smooth jazz they came to
enjoy. To quench the artistic thirst of our festival goers, we are searching for visual artists,
creative artisans, and other merchants to be a part of the festivities on November 24, 2018.

We are asking our vendors to submit a security deposit of $50.00, which will be refunded 15 business days after the event with full participation in the festival from 12:00 PM noon to 8:00 PM. Additionally, we ask that our vendors donate an item (of $75 value or more) to the Boys & Girls Clubs of South Central Texas, our non-profit of choice to be used in a drawing that will be held between sets. These drawings will feature the vendor and the contribution to the non-profit and festival.

*Vendor Booth only comes with 2 vendor wristbands. Any additional persons must purchase $45 GA ticket.
