Rwanda and Africa as whole have embarked on the journey of its economic
transformation and one of key aspects that anchor this endeavor is investment in
Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Investing in ICT has significantly
improved efficiency in different economic activities by increasing the availability of
information, forming new ways of communication, reformatting production processes,
as well as increasing the availability of information, thanks to Rwandan government.
