Access Mindfulness is offering a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (M.B.S.R.) course this Fall 2021. The curriculum was originally designed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D. with the Center for Mindfulness at UMass Medical School. There are eight consecutive weekly group sessions with one all-day retreat. Guided instruction and practice in Mindfulness Meditation and Hatha Yoga, as well as lectures and discussions about Mindfulness and the role of stress in health and illness are all part of the course. Scholarships are available upon request.
