Welcome to 2024/25 Memorial City Hockey season!

Please use this form to register your player/goalie. Upon completion of the registration, all registered players will be emailed an invoice for payment within 5-7 business days based on the program option and chosen payment plan.

Practices will begin Monday, August 19th. Regular season games will start weekend of September 14th. Season is scheduled to finish in the middle of February.

Practice times are as follows (subject to change):

Monday – 5:45pm (PL/8U) & 7pm (10U/12U)

Wednesday – 7:00pm (14U)

Friday – 5:45pm (PL/8U), 7pm (10U/12U), 8:15pm (14U)

We will do our best to inform you asap on scheduling and availability updates.

NOTE: Registration closes on August 5th and any registrations after that date will be placed on the wait list and will be subject to an additional registration fee of $100. Please note that we will close an age group registration early if it is full. We will inform you if and when it happens.

Please select the age division for your player. After evaluations (first week of practice), players may be moved based on ability. If you are currently in Pre-League, please select Pre-League. After evaluations, we will assess moving players up an age group, We will be using 2024-25 USA Hockey age classifications for this Fall season.

All participants must be registered for 2024-25 season with USA Hockey in order to play. Please use https://membership.usahockey.com to register. Enter your registration number below. *

This Fall/Winter we will only be using LIGHT jerseys.

You are allowed to use the LIGHT jersey and socks from Spring season, if the size fits; If you choose to do so you will receive $50 savings on registration.

Please indicate jersey size for your player if getting a new jersey. Again, we are only using LIGHT jerseys this Fal. Please use jerseys from Spring to judge your size.

Also, once you submit your registration, you will be sent an invoice by email within 5-7 business days with payment information. Note, if you are using your memorial city fall/winter jersey, your registration will be reduced by $50 on your invoice. *
