This form collects information about a cyclist's physical, athletic, and psychological characteristics, as well as their training goals and history. We use this information to create a personalized training plan tailored to the cyclist's individual needs and goals.
The form has three sections:
- Training plan preferences: contact email and training plan preferences
- Athlete information and cycling profile: physical characteristics, athletic background, and cycling experience.
- Psychological profile: mental strengths and weaknesses, and your motivation for cycling.
The form should take about 10 minutes to complete.
Season 2024 will be available starting from 30th October 2023!
