Chair Yoga
Janet Misbach, certified Yoga instructor, teaches gentle chair yoga incorporating mindfulness and meditation. The chair yoga class is practiced sitting in a chair or standing near a chair using it as a prop. Her classes are designed for seniors or anyone wanting a slower paced exercise program. This class will explore poses that improve posture, flexibility, strength, breathing and mood….and it will reduce stress!

Note: Chair Yoga will only be held on Thursdays in July.
