Eighty Eight O’Connell Twilight Market (March 16th)
We are back again at 88 O'Connell for two more twilights on February 9 and March 16.

Our twilight markets will have a "Picnic on The Green" theme at both events and our March event will be including a lot of roaming entertainers to celebrate the last weekend of the Fringe!

This event is not an official "HIA Design Market" so we will be allowing non handmade stalls at these events.

Handmade in Adelaide provides a retail shopping experience to the general public where Adelaide is at the forefront shining bright for all to see. We are about supporting & showcasing local handmade businesses where SA made & designed products are our highest priority. We have a big passion for small & micro Handmade in Adelaide businesses and are proud to be hosting this amazing event for you.

Because we are doing something different this event our rules are a little less strict when it comes to handmade. We will be allowing non handmade stallholders and products but handmade will still get first priority.

Bump-In Times: 1pm - 2.30pm
Bump-Out Times: 8.15pm

• Smack middle in North Adelaide amongst the restaurants
• Peak hour for customers
• Free stallholder parking on the gravel area at the back (1 car per stall)
• Street parking for customers

Stall fee's have gone up this year as we don't have the big budget from the council this time so we will need to pay for gazebo's, toilets and other things.

Stall Price = $140 per stall

Stall fee includes:
• A reserved site space
• x1 3 x 3m Shade structure
• x1 Car park pass onsite
• x Live Entertainment (March only)
• An advertised event

You will need to have your own insurance organised (needs to be 20mil and it needs to note City of Adelaide as interested party). A copy of your certificate needs to be sent to me so I can give it to the City of Adelaide Council before the event. Please message us if you would like to get advice on this. We cannot change these requirements.

Table hire is $10 per table

The venue does not have the appropriate power supply to allow stallholders access due to it being outside.

• We do not allow shared spaces, if you wish to have someone look after your products you need to fill in your own application form and request to be next to the person who is selling your products.
• Our sellers are expected to step up their game with stall displays, presentation and show their creative flair. All stalls must be well presented to a high standard and include tables covered with tablecloths.
• If you store boxes under your table please use full length tablecloths.
• Handmade in Adelaide reserves the right to offer the stall space to others if payment is not received by the due date, warning emails will be sent.
• All stallholders must be ready to trade by 2.45pm.
• Stallholders must not pack up before 8pm.
• You will be given a time for bump in, you must arrive at that time and no earlier or later. If you cannot make that time please email, message or call asap.
• Each stallholder is required to be covered by Public Liability Insurance.
• Every stallholder is responsible for set up and pull down of their own stall including disposal of ALL rubbish.
• Please note that Handmade in Adelaide is not responsible for loss, theft, breakages or damages of any product or display. This includes personal belongings brought to the venue.

•If cancelling within 1 week of the event, stallholders will forfeit 100% of their stall fee even if the invoice is unpaid it will still be due.
•No refunds if event is cancelled due to hazardous weather.
•Full refunds if we cancel your booking 2 weeks before the event or if we cancel the event.
