2020-21 SK Dual Credit / Early College Options
This form is for taking dual credit courses taught at SK; there is also an option for choosing to take classes off campus at NKU, TMU, or GCTC, as well as the NKU Early College Program. Once you have made your choices below, the guidance department will communicate with you on next steps for getting registered to take these courses. Must fill out the required sections and any other sections that apply to you only.

Reminders:

- Make sure you have filled out the SKHS Dual Credit Contract.

- These are college courses and you must pay for these classes and the required books.

- you must have a 3.0 GPA and a 20 ACT score (CERT if no ACT), and meet required benchmarks for certain classes

- these classes will count towards your high school GPA and go on your permanent college transcript

- while taking these courses, you will be a college student and deal directly with the university, not SK

1) 2020-21 JUNIORS ONLY - I would like to do the Early College Program at Northern Kentucky University. This is an all-day program at NKU . Students are expected to take 5 courses per semester; cost of the classes will be the same as dual credit courses for each class. Applications must be completed and turned in to the guidance office by 2:30 on April 24 - NO EXCEPTIONS. Choose one of the options below:
