Absence or Late Arrival
Late arrivals are only excused when accompanied by a doctor's note upon arrival. An absence note must be submitted when a student returns to school. For absences of three days or more, both a doctor's note and a parental note are required. THIS FORM CANNOT BE USED FOR EARLY DISMISSALS. *Early dismissals should be requested at least 24 hours in advance by phone. *Requests must be made no later than 8:00 AM on the day of the dismissal. *To request an early dismissal, please call 610-688-7610, extension 1, and leave a message.
