The Den is designed to provide an inclusive environment where Middle School students will be inspired to develop creative initiatives, mental agility, civic literacy, healthy lifestyles, and more. Our new program will be divided into three sessions, each focusing on concept areas that will equip Middle School students with tools valued in today's society.
In order to register your child(ren) for The Den's 2018-2019 sessions, please do the following:
#1. Complete the form below. #2. Pay the non-refundable registration fee of $30 per session. #3. Pay the session fees as highlighted in the payment schedule below.
Session dates* and fees for The Den are:

Session fees remain the same regardless of the number of days/weeks your child(ren) attends during the outlined session dates. Additionally, session fees have been adjusted for the few weeks during the school year when Collegium is only in session for a partial week (ex., Thanksgiving week). Session fees are not adjusted for weather-related delays or closings.
Please submit fees to the attention of Ms. LaNae Horsey, 435 Creamery Way, Suite 300, Exton, PA 19341. Fees must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the first and last names of the registered student(s) indicated on the front. Fees for each session must be received by the dates outlined above.
Confirmation of registration will be provided via email. Once registration is confirmed, the registration and session fees are non-refundable, unless Collegium is able to fill your child’s space in the program with another student. If we cannot fill the space, the session fee will not be refunded.
