We are delighted to welcome your child to Catholic Central (CC) High School for a visit so they can experience first-hand what it feels like to be in our school! 

At CC, we are a small enough community that we can be sure to provide opportunities that develop the unique talents and interests of our students through a meaningful education.  We'd like to do the same for your child, so we are excited to learn more about your student through some questions on this form. We are excited to plan a day that will be sure to engage them in activities and subjects that interest them.  

In addition, just as we care for our own students, your child’s health and safety are our top priority during their visit. While we don’t anticipate any emergencies, it’s important for us to have the information on file so we can respond appropriately if needed. There will be some questions to gather this contact information as well. 

On that note, we look forward to having you complete this form prior to your child’s scheduled visit.  Once we have received this form, we will reach out to you to schedule a Shadow Day for your student.

On the day of the visit, please have your child check in at the Main Office, located at 148 McHenry St., where they will be greeted by our Director of Admissions, Deanna Koch, and their Catholic Central "Student Connector," i.e., a CC student who will make sure they have a great experience while on their Shadow Day.
