Member Organizer Program
Member organizers are members from the rank and file who work side by side with staff organizers to agitate, educate, and organize workers. The purpose of the member organizer program is to deepen members' skills, connect members across the country, and organize workers both internally and externally.

Stewards are organizers too!

Each member organizer is put into a "pod" of other members who meet monthly in their small groups to set monthly goals and brainstorm together.
