Ripon Area School District Distinguished Alumni Award Nomination Form
Qualifications:

To be eligible for nomination, the nominee must have graduated from Ripon High School at least 10 years ago. The nominee must have achieved noteworthy accomplishments in career and/or community service. Nominees represent the best of the ideals and educational goals embraced in the Ripon Area School District.

It is allowable to nominate an individual posthumously. However, the person making the nomination will be contacted for supporting information in that case.
