The ELC is excited to bring back Summer Camp! We are offering camp M-F from 9am-3pm, July 7th - July 25th for Preschool - Rising 5th Grade students. At this time all spots are full and have waitlists; you are still welcome to express your interest and we will reach out to you if any shifting occurs between now and the start of Summer Camp. We will not ask for your deposit unless your child has a confirmed spot with us.
We will follow up with folks regarding their enrollment, waitlist placement, and if any shifting occurs as soon as we are able. If there is a waitlist we will prioritize granting as many children camp as possible (Ex: Granting 3 students 1 week of camp each VS. granting 1 student 3 weeks of camp).
NOTE - Preschoolers who are not currently enrolled at the ELC must be at least 4 years old as of July 1. All children attending summer camp must be fully independent in toileting.
Week 1 - Circus & Carnival Games, July 7 - 11 (Waitlist only for both groups!)
Week 2 - Puppetry & Music, July 14 - 18 (Waitlist only for both groups!)
Week 3 - Science & Water Play, July 21 - 25 (Waitlist only for both groups!)
The cost of attendance per week is $325. There is a non-refundable $100 per week deposit to hold your child's spot, with a balance of $225 per week due by June 3rd. Some Reduced Summer Camp fees are available for current ELC Tier 1 & 2 Families.
The timeline for enrollment is as follows:
- Open to ELC Families - February 18th
- Open to ELC Alumni Families - February 22nd
- Open to General Public - February 26th
Per child care licensing rules, we will gather additional information about your child(ren) prior to the start of Summer Camp. For current ELC families, we will use the information in the registration packet you complete for us each year. For siblings not at the ELC/alumni/community members, we will have a brief registration packet that we will share in late May/early June to turn in with the final balance of your camp fees.
